Our contract with you

When you place an order with us you will receive an automatically-generated email that confirms the products you have ordered, how much they cost, the address to which they will be delivered, and how they will be despatched.  Because this email is generated automatically, it does not mean we can fulfil your order, but if we cannot our customer services department will contact you to explain the situation and ask you if you would like to order other products or receive a refund.

A contract between you, the customer, and Wave Native (UK) Ltd will only come into force once we have accepted, processed and despatched the order.  The credit or debit card used to pay for the goods will be charged when you order.

Product availability

If you order a product that is then found to be out of stock we will let you know as soon as possible to confirm if you would like to order something else or receive a refund.

Pricing

In the rare event that a product is priced incorrectly on the website, we may at our discretion do one of three things.  We may send you the goods and refund the difference between what you have paid and the correct price.  Or we may inform you of the correct price and confirm if you want to proceed with the order.  Or we may remove the product from your order and refund your money.

Shopping safely

To ensure that shopping with Wave Native is secure as well as simple, we use Barclays ePDQ CPI (Cardholder Payment Interface). ePDQ CPI, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, is a world-class secure online service for card payment authorisation and settlement. The system encrypts your card information and all transaction information using 128-bit SSL encryption, the highest level there is for e-commerce. This means your card details are never stored in a human-readable format. Barclays takes responsibility for capturing and storing card details on their secure servers, and ensures this information is held with the very high levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company.

Accuracy of information

While we make every effort to update all the information on our website, there may be occasions when information is incorrect.  We cannot be held responsible for these inaccuracies.  If you make a purchase on the basis of incorrect information, we will replace or refund the product(s) so long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels attached.  We reserve the right not to accept orders based on incorrect information.
