Honest pay for workers

Wave Native is committed to ethical trading. All our surfwear and clothing is sourced from companies that comply by international standards and regulations for employee welfare, pay and fair trade. Why? Because if we’re all "one tribe" in the surf, then we want to make sure that those that are helping us to give you great products are also looked after. Then everyone wins.

We are also committed to give a percentage of our post-tax profit each year to a couple of charities that are close to the hearts of the Wave Native team. This year, we’re helping Surfers against Sewage in the UK and the NSPCC.
